CODE OF CONDUCT
Our intent is to create an environment where everyone is welcome to impart useful knowledge, communicate, share values, speak up confidently and build a network that will benefit their future endeavors professionally and to the society at large. This requires a harassment free and inclusive environment that recognizes the inherent worth of every participant. We invite all those who participate to help us create a safe and positive experiences for everyone.
At R & R Conferences, we are dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate during any aspect of this Conference, including talks, Workshops, Social media such as Twitter, or other Online Media.
This information is produced with the objective of ensuring that all Presenters, Non-Presenters, Speakers, Partners, Sponsors including other stakeholders of the 3rd Global Conference on Research in Education and Learning (GCEL 2025) adhere to the following Code of Conduct which will be in force throughout the event entirely.
- Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
- During this Conference, no participant should engage in harassment in any form.
- Do not disrupt the virtual meeting (e.g., “zoom-bombing”) or engage in harm or threats of harm of any kind. Do not create/contribute to a safety threat or unsafe or exclusionary situation.
- Do not take or distribute pictures of or copy research posters/presentation materials unless explicit permission is granted by the organizing committee of GCEL 2025.
- Do not make audio or visual recordings of the Conference in any medium, and do not distribute audio or visual recordings of the Conference (via social media or any other means). Only the organizing committee reserves the sole authority to do so with the consent of the party under consideration.
Non-Compliance to the Code of Conduct will result in immediate expelling of the respective participant without a refund at the discretion of the organizing committee.
